Do you accept insurance?

We do accept Medicare Part B. We are not currently contracted with any other private or commercial insurers. However, you may be able to utilize your insurance or HSA account for any additional lab testing, imaging, or visits to specialists.

How is a nurse practitioners (NP or APRN) different than a primary care physician (MD or DO)?

Similar to physicians, nurse practitioners can order blood tests and imaging studies, diagnose health problems, perform many minor procedures, and prescribe medications . Clinical outcomes data support that primary care delivered by NPs is comparable to that of physicians.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, & Zelle.

Do you offer a subscription plan?

Yes! For just $99/month you have unlimited access to your provider via in-office appointments, virtual visits, & direct messaging through our secure, HIPPA-compliant patient portal. Additional family members may be added for just $89/month. Patients who are covered by Medicare are not eligible to participate in subscription services.

Can you perform X-rays?

We do not have onsite X-ray but work with our community partners to help you schedule same & next day appointments. We can assist with scheduling and relaying any insurance information as necessary.

Are you able to do lab testing?

We offer many point of care tests and can collect labs such as blood tests, urine tests, and wound cultures. We will send them to the lab of your choice or based on your insurance. Alternatively, you may go to the lab of your choice and have them collected.

How do I access my test results?

Available results will be viewable in the Patient Portal. We will also call you directly to discuss your results once they are available.
